[Aside from creepy low noises that could be either the ground shifting or the furbolgs, there isn't much. However, getting deeper into the tunnel will reveal more bear-men, currently spaced out and simply shuffling in and out of the den's offshoots. They seem less than enthusiastic, as if their minds are elsewhere.
A couple have staves. A few more are unarmed, and one looks to have a spear. They must be getting close to the end, though-- the chambers tighten up at the back, and the decorations intensify.
