[SO MANY SHONENS. He snorts at that. Yeah, he really doesn't see himself as that at all]
[But rather than get into his self-esteem issues, he decides to go with a more annoying answer]
Nah, it's probably more I'm just too good-looking! The universe thought it was a shame to let such a handsome face rot!
