She stares at him, puzzled by his words. She heard far stronger, far more important oaths from people who meant more to her then he does. They didn't stand by their word. A blood elf, one who was as questionably sane as him, making such a proclamation made no sense. She has to take a minute to try and figure out why exactly he would bother with a little speech like that. She wondered if he can so such words so confidently because he didn't understand how the Draenei society works...or doesn't work at times.
