Rose supposed she probably blended in really well with the balloon faces as long as she didn't move. Another face staring at the girl as long as she didn't move wouldn't freak her out. Though if the faces didn't freak her out, Rose would have to reassess the girl.

...she kind of wondered if the girl would see yet another creepy balloon face if she looked into the water at herself. Because dreams were totally wacked.

She couldn't even tell if this was actually a nightmare or not? It lacked the things Rose considered nightmare fuel, but she was pretty sure the girl had never been held captive by an evil undead bloodsucker that also happened to have used to be the man she loved and been turned into a junkie in an attempt to weaken her will into letting herself become an evil immortal undead killer.
