I [Closed to Emerald Sanctum]
Who: Sora and the Green Flight
What: Arrival and feeling a bit lost!
Where: The Emerald Sanctum
When: Let's go with Today
Warnings: DISNEY
[This....really wasn't Traverse Town.]
[Sora stood at the mouth of a cave in Emerald Sanctum, trying to retrace his steps mentally. He scratches at his head, thinking outloud]
I left Yen Sid's tower, and then...everything got went all bizarre and there were these guys in cloaks-
[But not the Organization cloaks either. He sighs and shakes his head. Maybe he should have paid more attention to what those cloak guys were saying. He's not sure what he was doing here. Then again, he was partly just glad it didn't look like the World that Never Was again.]
Maybe I should just ask someone...
[And he decides to do just that, looking around the Sanctum he looks for someone to bother. The sleeping ones he decides to leave alone, but when he spots someone awake, he'll walk straight up to them in a very friendly manner and smile]
Hiya! Sorry to bother ya, but can you tell me where I am?

I'm Sora.
[He crosses his arm]
So you're the one who brought me here to help, right? Is it Heartless?
no subject
I am afraid I do not know what a Heartless is. Our problem is demons. They are part of the Burning Legion, just a small part, but they are dedicated to destroying everything. It is very, very bad, [he says with some authority.] They are also trying to eat your world and many other worlds, but we have contained it... in a way. Temporarily halted it. If we push back the demons here, we can help your world and all the others.
[The whelps figure out that he's out of food and flutter away, except for one that keeps harassing him. Morpheus doesn't notice even as it basically starts eating his hair, settling into his shoulder like an ornery kitten.]
I am very sorry for how sudden this is.
1/2
[Overall, he at least looks like he's taking it serously- but on the other hand, it doesn't exactly seemed disturbed or even SURPRISED that there's a world eating force.]
The Burning Legion, huh...
Well, Heartless do that sort of stuff too, but I've never heard them called that before. So maybe they are different...
[But then again, what did it matter? Heartless, Nobodies, Dream Eaters, Burning Legion- as long as it threatened the worlds, it was his problem. With this conclusion, he shrugs and looks up at Morpheus, smiling reassuringly]
But that doesn't matter. If they're threatening the worlds, then it's my job to help out! You don't have to apolog-

[how does he put this]
There's a dragon eating your hair.
no subject
[He glances at the whelp who is happily chewing on his hair.]
Oh, do not worry about her. She likes doing that to everyone. Especially me, because I am her father.
no subject
[And wait what. what.]
- Her father?! [HIS LIFE MAY BE DISNEY BUT EVEN HE KNOWS THATS NOT HOW GENETICS WORKS]
no subject
Yes, and?
Anyway. Just as we hope you will lend us your strength, we have given you a little of ours, by the oath.
[He holds out his hand to demonstrate. A little sprout pops out of the ground and twists up through the underbrush, then bursts into a beautiful gathering of tiny blue flowers like forget-me-nots.]
You can do that, too, as a green dragonsworn. It is very handy if you are hungry, I think.
no subject
[Luckily, he's very quickly distracted by the sprout popping out and growing]
Whoa! You mean I can do that? [He's done magic before, but nothing to that level] That's cool! How do you do it?
no subject
[He smiles a bit.]
Go on. Try it.

[Sora considers his words. He guesses that plants are alive, so why wouldn't they have a voice? It's not too different from those talking flowers in Wonderland, right?]
Hear the plants and help them grow...
[He shuts his eyes and tries to concentrate on the plants around him. He's never done this before, so he's not entirely sure what he's listening for. So after a beat, he asks]
Uh, how can I tell it's their voice and not me thinking I hear them?
no subject
There is a sprout beside your left foot. It will become a great tree, one day. It wants to be strong and big-- can you hear it? It aches without words.
[He looks down, waiting patiently for Sora to figure it out and beckon the seed to grow. Or maybe he's nodding off.]
no subject
Does it?
[He opens and eye and peeks down at the small sprout.] Oh- hey little guy. You wanna grow? Okay, let's...see if I can help!
[Sora concentrates, thinking really hard. It takes a bit, but the plant starts to grow! ...An inch anyway]
Hey, it worked!
no subject
You did it! Good, good. Yes, this is very good. [He grins more, happiness crinkling the corners of his eyes.] You have a kind heart. It shows.
Practice more, and you will soon be able to do incredible things.
no subject
Heh heh, thanks! You're a good teacher!
I'll be really good in no time, you'll see!
[Okay so maybe he's a bit cocky too.]
no subject
[He doesn't mind the cockiness.]
I have no doubts about that.
