Who: Agent Washington and open
What: New arrival to the Bronze Sanctum
Where: The Bronze Sanctum for the first option(Locked to the Bronze flight) and open in the second
When: April 9th, after arriving
Warnings: Uh, none so far. Will add if needed
A. Bronze sanctum
This was... Nothing Washington ever would have expected to have happen. Especially not after having woke up in recovery with the Dakotas waiting. There'd been chaos, and the next thing he knew, he was here, his head won't stop hurting, and the back of his neck is still recovering from the implantation and removal. The problem? He's having a little trouble focusing on things since arriving. Between what's left in his head from the AI and the shock... He probably shouldn't be surprised. He shook his head, trying to clear it. He's spending way too much time in his own thoughts.
B. Outside the sanctum (Silverglen Retreat area)
After he'd had a little recovery time, he finally did get curious enough that he wanted to see what was outside. And as comfortable as he should be in his new home? The Bronze Sanctum was nothing like what he was used to.
It was a change, the forested area. What was extra odd was he was starting to notice some odd things as he looked around. Tracks that he probably wouldn't have noticed before. After a bit, he shrugged it off, starting to look around the outskirts of the village. v He's a bit on edge regardless. Things don't feel right here.

B of course c:
So now, she was outside. Away from good intentions, with her bright armor at least partially obscured by the cloak she wore, the thick grey material draped over her shoulders. Her suit and armor were enough for keeping her warm, but she'd appreciated the extra coverage.
The kaldorei people had boundary markers, signifying where their territory ended. That new tracks had come through this way gave her pause, trail signs showing indications of heavy steps; not animal, certainly, and the local elf population didn't leave these sorts of prints behind. Curousity got the better of her: pulling her hood up over the helmet she'd been loaned, Carolina set off after it - whoever it was.
of course :D
As Carolina followed, it didn't really take too long to reach the end of the armored footprint trail in the woods. By that point, Washington had stopped, leaning against a nearby tree. The headache hadn't really faded, and he figured he could stop for a bit. There'd been no signs of enemies.
The gray and yellow armor should have been quite familiar. Wash didn't realize he had company yet.

The familiar armor shape brought her up short as she paused just behind the treeline, and the colours-- "Washington?" She stepped forwards at once, ignoring the flicker of hope she felt as she moved towards him.

A flicker of memories and pain started going through his head from the aftermath of Epsilon's removal combined with the familiar voice, which led to him putting a hand on his head. "It's good to see a familiar face."
If Carolina was listening carefully, there's the sound of an animal of some kind nearby, but staying out of sight. Washington missed it because of the headache.

"Steady, Wash." She reached to provide support, to press a palm to his shoulder if he needed it. "How long have you been here? Are you hurt?" She paused at the rustle of leaves, movement in the shrubbery, but kept herself calm. Whatever it was, they'd be ready for it, but for the moment, her priority was her teammate.

"Are we the only ones here?"

She eyed their surroundings again, mentally wishing she still had her guns.

The noises of the stalking animal were getting closer. There was soft call that probably sounded like nothing they've heard before. A native might recognize it as a raptor.

Then Carolina froze, comments regarding the Bronze Dragonflight stalling on her tongue as her eyes swept the forest. Pity neither were a native, or had one on hand.
"..The hell was that."

B, and apologies for being late.
And that's how she spotted the newcomer, as he exits the sanctuary she happens to be nearby. The armor is difficult to miss and in a way, it's a familiar thing but she can't quite place it. Regardless, it's a new person, and even though she's not terribly fond of the whole...dragonflight...thing, she knows she should at least be friendly. So she approached, waving to get his attention.
"Hello there!"
No worries. And I'm going to assume this is prior to meeting Carolina.
Perfectly okay

Washington nodded at that. "Nice to meet you as well. And yes, I did. You've heard of it?" That was a surprise, given the situation.

"Greetings, champion."

He sighed though. "I don't think there is anything that you can do for what happened to me before here. It's not a normal injury."

Her eyebrows rose slightly when he mentioned his old injury. "It is something healing magic cannot cure, then?"
no subject
"I don't know what magic healing can fix."
