[OOC: This post is for any and all interaction with Derenaar and the Greensworn helping the elves from scouring demons to rearranging the greenery to other daily quests up to and including showing other Dragonsworn around. Please remember to add your tag to the post.]


[When the Greensworn arrived at Derenaar, they weren't entirely sure what to expect. Were these elves going to be like the Sin'thalas elves and wish their destruction because of some grudge against the dragons? Or would they be more like the elves of Silverglen Retreat, willing to allow them access and trade but stay distant? What they hadn't expected was - after a lengthy conversation in Darnassian between Rose Hathaway and the elven leaders of Derenaar - to be welcomed in with open arms to the city.

With it being better than initially expected, the Greensworn set about proving themselves by helping out in Derenaar. It seemed a bag of demon heads and a few Kaldorei druids that still honored the Green Flight went a long way.]

But you're not a Guardian, so I don't expect you to make the sacrifices I do.

Heh, right or kindness- I doubt I'd do it.

But that's probably why you have the fancy title and I'm just a sword-for-hire.

You never know. Someday, too, you could be cool. [She tilted her head a bit in mock thought.] Might take a pair of shades, though.

You think so? [He sighs and slumps his shoulders melodramatically] Man, poor ol' me. Forever doomed to be un-awesome.

[She patted him on the shoulder.] I'm sure you'll find a way to survive. It could be worse; you could be a nerd.

Hey, when things here are more settled, there are some pretty interesting clubs here. They have some other name in Darnassian, but they're clubs as far as I'm concerned. You can come by and show off your dance moves.

Clubs?

[He has to take a moment to think through the stuff he learned in Exsilium before he recalls what those are]

Oh, you mean taverns? I didn't know the elves were into dancing.

These ones are. Lots of artists and they're big on the night life. It's pretty bizarre at times, but better than being stabbed in the face, you know?

You know...sure! I could use a chance to unwind a little.

We call can. And we need a place where we all can get along. I've got plans to make Derenaar that place.

But, you know... elves.

[As if that explained everything.]

[He shrugs] Elves and Sworn, really.

I don't know how it is in the other flights, but even if we get a place, all of us getting along might be a tall order.

Maybe I'll settle for civility and common sense winning out.
