[OOC: This post is for any and all interaction with Derenaar and the Greensworn helping the elves from scouring demons to rearranging the greenery to other daily quests up to and including showing other Dragonsworn around. Please remember to add your tag to the post.]


[When the Greensworn arrived at Derenaar, they weren't entirely sure what to expect. Were these elves going to be like the Sin'thalas elves and wish their destruction because of some grudge against the dragons? Or would they be more like the elves of Silverglen Retreat, willing to allow them access and trade but stay distant? What they hadn't expected was - after a lengthy conversation in Darnassian between Rose Hathaway and the elven leaders of Derenaar - to be welcomed in with open arms to the city.

With it being better than initially expected, the Greensworn set about proving themselves by helping out in Derenaar. It seemed a bag of demon heads and a few Kaldorei druids that still honored the Green Flight went a long way.]

Washington shrugs. It's a really tough call for him. "I'm not sure. It might be possible to get back to Bronze Sanctum, except for the fact that I've got the raptor. It's flighty, and regularly goes chasing everything that moves that it can find."

He hesitates at that. "If you promise it won't be like my stay in Sin'Thalas with the elves there, I'll take that offer. I promise, the raptor will be on its best behavior."

"If Derenaar was anything like Sin'thalas, I'd have already been stabbed in the face instead of welcomed in as a protector," Rose replied as she dropped down from the tree and sheathed her sword across her back.

"Just keep in mind if there's any conflict, I'm the one that's going to have to throw you out. And that might end up getting messy." It seemed she wasn't put off at all by Washington's larger size or the raptor. "But play nice and I can promise you'll have a pleasant night's sleep."

Washington nods, reaching down to pet the raptor on the head. "They really hated us... Just for being brought here. Even though we didn't choose it. I spoke to them when there."

He smiles, though it's not visible. "I won't give you or the elves here any trouble, if I'm not threatened. I promise I won't. You have my word."

"Well, how about you put a name to that... armor." She couldn't exactly say 'face', now could she? "I know I helped get you out of Sin'thalas, but I didn't catch the names of everyone they'd had there."

With a little shrug, she held a guantleted hand out. "I'm Rose Hathaway of the Greensworn."

"Not one of my proudest moments being captured like that, admittedly." Washington nodded at that, holding out his own hand in return. "Agent Washington, formerly of Project Freelancer, now of the Bronze Flight. Nice to meet you, Rose."
